The services are provided by EduNest SAS, a company registered in France under SIREN 993 348 077, located in Plaisir (78370).
Orders placed through the EduNest Shop are definitive once payment is confirmed via Stripe. Customers are required to complete the project intake form to initiate service delivery.
Due to the digital nature of our engineering and consulting services, refunds are not provided once the project has entered the "Development" phase in the client dashboard.
Upon final payment, the client owns the rights to the website content created, while EduNest retains rights to proprietary code frameworks used for synchronization.
